How’s everyone’s week so far? Today I am coming at you with one of my favourite easy recipes. The two ingredient protein pancake.Protein pancakes are the healthier alternative to regular pancakes. All you need are 2 eggs and your favourite Protein Powder. I’m using Allmax Nutrition’s Hexapro protein in Cookies n’ Cream. I love the Hexapro protein for pancakes because it makes them super thick and moist (ew, I can’t believe I just typed that, but no other way to describe it). I love having this meal in the morning, or if I’m starving at night and have nothing to eat. Super easy to make and taste’s incredible!
Directions:
Mix 1 scoop of Protein powder into a bowl with two raw eggs, mix until you can’t see protein powder.
2. Add mixture to a pan. I like adding a little bit of organic Coconut Oil to the pan.
3.Cook both sides of the pancake, then add to a plate.
4. Add your favourite healthy toppings to your pancakes. Here I have added strawberries, bananas, and coconut flakes. I sometimes like to drizzle organic honey on top.
5. Take a pic of your food, upload to Instagram, and enjoy xo
