Remember my favourites? Well, they’re back! I’m going to start posting a different type of favourites. Today will be the Gym edition. Actually, every one of these posts will probably be a gym edition because that’s all I shop for. My fitness is always evolving and changing. I wanted to update you guys on what I’m currently loving!
Align Leggings
If I’m wearing Lululemon’s than you know they’re the align leggings. These are the best leggings you’ll ever wear! So soft, flattering, and it feels like nothing. I have them in black, blue, purple, and green.
Soul Cycle
I’ve never liked Spin classes before I did Soul cycle. Actually, I’m not a class person at all. I love hitting the gym and doing my own thing, but there’s something about Soul Cycle. I love the music, the energy of the instructors, the studio, and everything about it. They just opened their first studio in Toronto. I’m totally hooked. Soul cycle is a 45 minute spin class. It’s more of a dance party on a bike. If you haven’t tried it, I highly recommend trying a class and getting ready to sweat and dance.
Cake Beauty Dry shampoo
Ah dry shampoo. A Farida favourite. I have hair down to my waist and it’s such a headache washing it. Dry shampoo is a hair saver (get it? Instead of life saver lol). I work out almost everyday. I’m always sweaty, my hair does not have to be greasy. I love this dry shampoo because it smells like cake, It has a sweet scent to it. My hair is also pin straight and this gives it a ton of volume. It also doesn’t leave a white residue behind.
Allmax Nutrition A-Cuts
Ok, I never liked pre workouts. They make me jittery and feel weird. I usually have a coffee before I workout, but this stuff is soooo good! Especially this flavour. It gives you a sick pump without that weird feeling. I take a scoop 30-20 minutes before my workout. I love everything watermelon, and this really tastes like candy.

Resistance bands
Ok, I’ve mentioned these a million times. I incorporate resistance bands in all my leg day exercises and I use them with all my clients. Resistance bands help engage your gluteus maximus (your outer butt) in all leg exercises. They are so easy to use, and use can take them with you anywhere.

Yes to the resistance bands!!! I use them for all my leg workouts and I’ve also incorporated them into my shoulder workout a bit too. Keep up the great work chick!!
