Hi Friends!
It’s been a while since I posted a workout. To be honest, for some reason the Gif Maker wasn’t working and I tried my very best to find another website, but I couldn’t find any that supported my videos :(. I also had a little health scare last week with my kidney (eek). After some tests, turns out I’m all good! I’m back at it with the blogging. Here is a quick 10 minute ab workout you can do if you’re at the gym and wondering how you can spend the last minutes of your workout.
For my next workout’s I’ll definitely add some photos explaining the movements. Let me know if you try this workout! It’s one of my favourites!
