Hello friends! I’m coming at ya with another fitness post! I love training abs! There are many benefits to training your core. Including improving posture, strengthening your abdominal muscles and even preventing back pain. Today, I’ll share with you three fun (and challenging) Ab exercises you can try. All you need is a ball and yourself.
Sets: 3
Reps: 15
(rest only 20-30 seconds between each set)
I like to do 3 sets of 30 reps for these. Each leg equals one rep. Make sure you keep your core tight during the movements.

This can be challenging at first, but once you get the hang of it, it’s a killer ab exercise. Bring your feet as close as you can to your chest. Keep your core engaged and tight the whole time.

The movements are short, but these are killer!!! Core tight and hips ups for all reps and sets.
